Privacy Notice

We collect the information you provide when you register as a delegate, enquire about sponsorship, submit a research abstract, opt in to the networking directory, request a Golden Handshake meeting, or apply to the leadership fellowship. This may include your name, contact details, organisation, university, professional links, CV and the content you submit.

Your data is used only to operate the conference and its programmes: registration and ticketing, event delivery, communications, fellowship selection and administration, abstract review, partnership matchmaking and certificate verification. We do not sell your data.

Access is limited to the Akal Budi AI 2027 organising team and NeuroCampur staff administering the relevant programme. CVs, personal statements and reviewer notes are never made public.

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, after which it is deleted or anonymised according to our retention policy.

Fellowship application data is used only for selection, interview administration, fellowship management, event delivery and certificate verification. CVs and personal statements are private. Unsuccessful application records are deleted or anonymised after the retention period. Accepted fellows' records are retained for fellowship administration and certificate verification, and the certificate verification record itself is kept minimal.

Registration data supports ticketing, access, communications and event logistics.

Sponsor enquiry data is used to discuss partnership, invoicing and recognition, and is handled by the partnerships team.

Abstracts are reviewed for the Research Gallery and, where you opt in, the NeuroCampur Publishing Lab. Only accepted, opted-in work is displayed publicly.

You are listed in the delegate network only if you opt in. You can opt out at any time by updating your profile.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights or ask any privacy question, contact the organising team via NeuroCampur.
